In the spring of 2002:

John L. Scott established an independently franchised branch in Cle Elum.  The owners are life long local residents of the community and together, they have more than 40 years of experience in the real esate industry.  John L. Scott Kittitas County is committed to providing exceptional service and we value our reputation of integrity and honesty in the communtiy.

In 2003:

A new location in Ronald was opened to help support the growing market.

In 2005:
 
John L. Scott branched into the Ellensburg market.

In 2006:

John L. Scott established a site office in the Desert Aire community in Eastern Washington.

The substantial growth occurring in Kittitas County has allowed the John L. Scott team to grow from 5 original agents (myself included) to more than 38 agents in 2007.
